By creating an account or booking a trip with Bloom Up Active, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Reserving a spot on a trip is subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed as soon as you complete registration for an event, for however many participants you specify, up to the spots remaining.
The price shown at booking is the price you'll pay per person. Free events are marked as such. Prices and availability can change at any time before you complete a booking.
You can cancel your spot on a trip free of charge up to 48 hours before it starts, from your dashboard or the event page. Cancellations made after that point may not be refundable.
Our trips involve outdoor physical activity — hiking, kayaking, and similar — which carry inherent risks including uneven terrain, weather and water conditions. By booking a trip, you confirm you're fit to take part and you accept these risks. Always follow instructions from your trip leader.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
We expect everyone on a trip to treat other participants, trip leaders and the environment with respect. We can refuse a booking or ask someone to leave a trip if their behaviour puts others at risk.
We may add, change or remove trips, features or pricing at any time. We'll try to give notice of anything that affects a trip you've already booked.
We organise trips in good faith and take reasonable care over safety, but we can't be held responsible for events outside our control, including weather, third-party venues, or the actions of other participants.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
